CarolinaCARE Mail-Order Pharmacy Website Transitioning to MyAtriumHealth Portal
The CarolinaCARE mail-order pharmacy website is transitioning to the MyAtriumHealth patient portal for an improved customer experience and enhanced security.
  • Tuesday, June 4 at 5 p.m. – Teammates will no longer be able to log in to the CarolinaCARE website.
  • Saturday, June 8 and beyond – Teammates and their dependents will need to visit MyAtriumHealth to manage their CarolinaCARE mail-order prescriptions along with their other health care needs.
To help prepare for the transition:
  1. Remember to order your 90-day prescription refill 10 days prior to running out of your medication.
    • Make sure you have the most up-to-date payment method on file to avoid delays in filling your prescription.
    • Reminder: Effective January 1, 2024, payroll deduction is no longer a payment option for prescriptions filled through the CarolinaCARE mail delivery program. Learn more
  2. Make sure you have a MyAtriumHealth user account.
    • You can request an account by clicking Sign Up Now at my.atriumhealth.org or download the MyAtriumHealth mobile app.
    • Refer to the MyAtriumHealth Patient Frequently Asked Questions for more information about setting up an account.
    • Each family member above the age of 18 needs a separate account. The FAQ link above provides information about parent/guardian access to children’s health records.
Additional information will be added to this website in the coming weeks about how to manage your prescription needs via the MyAtriumHealth patient portal along with your other health care needs.
